An open kitchen showcases the talents of KANU’s culinary team as they prepare and present a specialized menu featuring only the finest fresh regional ingredients from local farms and North American native fish and game. Each selection is carefully paired with a specific wine picked out by our Sommelier to help create a unique dining experience.
Private Lake Placid fine dining for 120 to 150 people at Whiteface Lodge affords a rare opportunity to enjoy fresh, gourmet cuisine in a group setting. Smaller groups may enjoy intimate private dining in the KANU dining room's existing seating, while larger parties may opt for one of our private dining venues. Cuisine is prepared and plated immediately before it arrives. Our staff will ensure that your large group dining arrangements will include the same impeccable service experienced in our fine dining restaurant.
