Premier Function and Meeting Spaces
With conference capabilities for groups from 10 to 150, our unique spaces easily accommodate a variety of needs. With ample greeting and reception areas, traditional meeting space within The Main Lodge includes two dedicated event spaces.
- The Indian Falls Room offers versatile meeting space able to accommodate groups of 10 -50 people in multiple configurations. It is also affords uninterrupted break-out space when needed.
- View lectures, demonstrations, slideshows, and training films in our state-of-the-art, surround-sound, 56-seat Trailside Theater.
Connected to The Main Lodge via a heated underground passageway for easy access, The Clubhouse features stunning mountain views of the majestic Adirondacks. Exclusively dedicated to your event, this outstanding space is fully equipped to meet your every need, including an on-site kitchen for catered events.
- Accommodating groups up to 150 people, The Clubhouse is fronted by a spacious, three-season, enclosable porch, aptly named Mountain View Terrace, with sweeping mountain views, an impressive fireplace, and comfortable Adirondack-style furnishings for receptions and group break-out meetings.
- Inside, the Whispering Winds Room serves as a charming pre-function area where attendees can gather prior to meetings or banquets. Complete with a full bar, handsome furnishings, and native fieldstone fireplace, Whispering Winds Room also makes a superlative reception room for cocktail parties.
- The centerpiece of The Clubhouse, the 3,800-square-foot Whispering Pines Room is showcased by floor-to-ceiling windows for effective natural lighting. The Whispering Pines Room easily seats 150 in a number of classroom or table configurations for seminars, meetings, or ceremonial dinners and banquets.
- The Clubhouse also features the three-story, four-bedroom Presidential Suite, a 3,100-square-foot private residence, along with five additional multi-bedroom private suites.
Group and Catered Dining Events
Enjoy innovative American cuisine in our premier restaurant venue, KANU. Headed by an expert culinary team, KANU serves a specialized menu crafted of the finest fresh, organic ingredients from local farms, along with native fish and game.
- A formal dining room for group dinners

- Catered affairs are available in one of our event spaces
