Deposit Policy: A valid major credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. A deposit equal to one night’s room rate plus tax will be charged at the time of booking. For stays from December 24, 2026 to January 2, 2027, and from February 12, 2027 to February 20, 2027, a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay before taxes will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. A 30-day cancellation policy applies to these dates.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received by 4:00 PM EST at least 14 days before arrival. Cancellations received after this deadline will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax. For stays from December 24, 2026, through January 2, 2027, as well as during Presidents’ Week 2027, cancellations or modifications must be received at least 30 days before arrival. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will result in a non-refundable deposit.
No-show Policy: Guests who do not arrive for their reservation will be charged the full value of the original room nights reserved, excluding taxes. Any deposit already paid will be applied toward this amount and will not be refunded.
