Reservation, Hours & Policies

We recommend reserving spa appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Walk-in appointments are welcome based on availability.
The Spa is open Tuesday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is closed on Mondays. Appointments begin at 9:00 AM, with the final appointment starting at 4:00 PM. Holiday hours may vary.
Reservations require a credit card at the time of booking. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by speaking directly with a Spa Coordinator during business hours. Cancellations made within 24 hours, as well as no-show appointments, will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Please inform our team at the time of booking if you are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery, or have any special requests or considerations.

Spa Experience & Amenities

Guests receiving a Massage Therapy, Body Treatment, or Facial Service are invited to enjoy select spa amenities, including the cedar sauna, steam rooms, and fitness center.
Complimentary infused water and hot tea are available to all spa guests. Spa robes and sandals are provided in the Ladies’ and Gentlemen’s Sanctuaries, where the steam rooms and saunas are also located. Access to the Sanctuaries is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.
During Massage Therapy and Body Treatments, guests are professionally draped at all times, with only the area being treated exposed according to personal comfort level.
Guests may use the steam rooms and saunas in a bathing suit, wrapped in a towel, or according to their personal comfort level. We recommend staying well hydrated before and after use. For comfort and safety, alcohol consumption should be avoided or limited before using these facilities.
Alcohol service is available following spa treatments. Beverages may be ordered from Peak 47 and delivered to the Spa for an additional charge.

Guest Information

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled service. Treatments begin and end at their scheduled times to ensure a seamless experience for all guests. Late arrivals will receive the remaining treatment time. Guests under 16 years of age may not access the Spa facilities, including the Spa Sanctuaries. Guests ages 11 to 16 may enjoy Spa or Salon services when accompanied by an adult. Massage and Body Treatments are provided by a therapist of the same gender. Children ages 2 to 11 may receive Manicure, Pedicure, and Salon services when accompanied by an adult.
Resort guests may charge spa services directly to their suite. American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash, and Whiteface Lodge Gift Cards are accepted. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to all services at checkout. Gratuities for spa packages are calculated based on the original service price of each treatment.
